Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Neemrana for a Project Management Specialist. The specialist will oversee and manage project lifecycles, ensuring timely execution of deliverables, develop comprehensive project plans, and communicate milestones to stakeholders. The role includes coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring budget and resource allocations, and resolving project roadblocks to achieve objectives effectively. The specialist will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management and Program Management skills, including the ability to oversee the full lifecycle of projects
- Proficiency in Project Planning and Analytical Skills to strategize and optimize resources effectively
- Excellent Communication skills for effective stakeholder management and team collaboration
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a focus on delivering results
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus)
- Prior experience in industrial automation, manufacturing, or related sectors is preferred
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies is an advantage
