We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Resource Manager / RMG Senior Executive to manage end-to-end workforce planning, resource allocation, and utilization across projects, geographies, and service lines.
The role plays a critical part in ensuring optimal workforce utilization, cost efficiency, and timely fulfillment of project resource requirements while aligning talent availability with dynamic business needs.
๐ฏ Key Responsibilities
๐น Resource Planning & Fulfilment
- Monitor demand-supply trends and proactively plan resource fulfilment
- Track and report real-time fulfilment status, utilization, and cost metrics
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely staffing of projects
๐น Resource Allocation & Management
- Allocate and de-allocate resources across projects, geographies, and business units
- Maintain a pool of deployable resources and manage bench effectively
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources to meet business objectives
๐น Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with Delivery Heads, Project Managers, and internal teams
- Communicate resource availability, constraints, and priorities clearly
- Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve allocation conflicts
๐น Talent & Skill Management
- Support skill mapping and competency tracking initiatives
- Collaborate with L&D for upskilling, reskilling, and cross-skilling programs
- Ensure availability of right talent aligned with project requirements
๐น Strategic Workforce Planning
- Forecast future staffing needs based on business pipeline
- Manage resource buffers, rotations, and deployment strategies
- Drive cost optimization through effective resource pyramid management
๐น Reporting & Analytics
- Generate reports on utilization, cost, and resource allocation
- Use data insights to support decision-making and workforce planning
- Maintain dashboards and analytics for leadership review
