The Role
We are looking for a dynamic PMO / Technical Program Manager to drive the delivery governance of our cutting-edge Generative AI and Advanced Analytics solutions.
In this role, you will not just track milestones; you will be the operational backbone for high-velocity Gen AI initiatives. You will bridge the gap between Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Business Stakeholders, ensuring that complex LLM-based solutions (RAG, Agentic workflows, etc.) are delivered with agility, precision, and business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Program Management (Gen AI Focus)
- Track a portfolio of GenAI offerings in Data and Analytics with Data & AI Labs, monitoring lifecycle from proof-of-concept (PoC) to production deployment across internal as well as client deployments.
- Establish agile governance frameworks specifically tailored for AI/ML iterative experimentation (managing the uncertainty of model performance vs. strict timelines).
- Delivery Excellence & Governance
- Project Health: Monitor health indicators of 4+ concurrent tracks, tracking burn rates, resource utilization, and margin targets.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify risks unique to Gen AI (e.g., lack of infrastructure, people, data/documentation etc.) and devise mitigation strategies.
- Standardization: Enforce documentation standards (BRDs, TDDs) and ensure compliance with Responsible AI/Ethics guidelines and enterprise security protocols.
- Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison between Data & AI Labs Sponsors and development team / Tiger’s sales & delivery teams
- Translate complex technical blockers into business impact narratives for senior leadership.
- Facilitate seamless collaboration between onshore consulting leads and offshore delivery teams
- PMO Operations
- Generate executive-level dashboards and status reports highlighting velocity, value realization, and blockers.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies, adopting TigerWay & best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience & Education :
- 5-10 years of total experience in Project/Program Management within the IT, Data, or Consulting sectors.
- Minimum 2+ years managing Data Science, Analytics, or AI/ML specific projects.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Technical Familiarity
- Strong conceptual understanding of the AI data lifecycle (Data Engineering,
- Model Training, Deployment).
- Familiarity with Gen AI terminology (LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases, RAG) is preferred. You don't need to code, but understanding of the workflow will enable you to manage it effectively.
- Experience using project management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
Core Competencies
- Agile Proficiency: Practical knowledge of Scrum/Kanban methodologies. Certifications (CSM, PMP, SAFe, PRINCE2) are a strong plus.
- Communication: Ability to articulate status and risks clearly to both technical teams and project sponsors.
