Job Title: Technical Project Coordinator (US Projects)
📍 Location: Hyderabad
🕒 Work Timings: Shift-based role between 5:00 AM and 10:00 PM (two shifts; 9 working hours per day)

Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Project Coordinator to support our Field Services Practice and coordinate technical delivery for US-based projects. This role combines technical networking expertise with project coordination responsibilities and requires strong communication skills to work effectively with US stakeholders during overlapping shifts. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring project timelines, quality, and technical execution are aligned.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end technical project activities to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Act as the primary technical coordination point for US client projects
- Work closely with project managers to track schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and field technicians for project execution
- Support and troubleshoot network infrastructure issues (LAN/WAN, switching, routing, cabling)
- Ensure accurate documentation of project plans, technical processes, and deliverables
- Monitor SLAs, incident resolution, and overall project progress
- Participate in continuous process improvement and training initiatives
- Communicate effectively with US stakeholders during overlapping shifts
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4–7 years of experience in technical project coordination, network support, or IT operations
- CCNA certification
- Strong hands-on networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Proven experience coordinating technical projects and cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for US client interaction
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Willingness to work overlapping US shifts (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST; flexible as per project needs)
- Proficient in Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and project tracking tools
