We are currently staffing consultants for a Global strategy consulting firm for a large-scale redevelopment program, with a focus on strengthening on-ground program management, execution oversight, and integrated project controls within a construction PMO setup.
This engagement requires professionals with hands-on experience in construction or infrastructure redevelopment projects, particularly within PMO or program management roles, with strong working knowledge of Primavera P6. The consultant will be responsible for driving structured planning, tracking, and governance across the project lifecycle—ensuring seamless coordination between site execution and leadership-level reporting.
A core focus area will be integrated planning and project controls, leveraging tools such as Primavera P6 and BIM platforms to manage schedules, dependencies, and project visibility. The role also involves setting up and managing control tower / war room environments, along with developing and maintaining MIS dashboards (primarily using Power BI) to provide real-time insights into project progress, risks, and performance.
The consultant is expected to independently handle data analysis and reporting—extracting, cleaning, and structuring data from multiple sources such as SAP, Primavera, and BIM systems—to enable accurate and timely decision-making without heavy reliance on external data teams.
Given the complexity of redevelopment programs, strong multi-stakeholder coordination is critical, including working closely with developers, contractors, consultants, and government authorities to ensure alignment, transparency, and execution discipline.
Candidates with additional exposure to AI-driven analytics, workflow automation, or advanced data interpretation will be preferred, particularly those who have implemented practical solutions to improve reporting efficiency or generate actionable insights. Familiarity with GIS tools (e.g., ArcGIS) and a working understanding of enterprise technology architecture and system integrations will be considered strong advantages.
