Overview of Management Principles

Primarily responsibility to handle End to End Hiring statistics and work with program Managers on Hiring & resource planning.

Effectively tracking the Open Demands & Supply/ Requirements
Work with Internal leads and Panels and coordinate for Hiring Initiatives
Drive the Calls with Program Manager on the issues related to Hiring and tract the status.
Prepare related meetings MOM and
Manage the daily interview schedules closely
Need to be available on Saturday to handle weekend Hiring initiates
Office visit is compulsory
