Role Description
This is a full-time on site role for a Project Management Officer based in Gurugram, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Project Management Officer will oversee program and project planning, manage budgets and timelines, coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the execution of initiatives aligns with organizational objectives, and monitor progress to deliver results. The role also involves preparing project reports, ensuring resource allocation, and driving continuous improvements in management processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management and Program Management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate data and make informed decisions
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders
- Experience in Budgeting and resource allocation
- Relevant experience in similar roles, preferably in professional services or consulting environments
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering and Business, Management, or a related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus
