Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized PMO Analyst to support project execution, governance, and coordination across multiple initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, and documentation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of tasks and milestones
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure timely escalation
- Assist in resource planning and tracking utilisation across projects
- Ensure adherence to PMO processes, templates, and governance standards
- Support meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and follow-ups
- Maintain documentation repositories and ensure data accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, Jira, Asana, or similar
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
