VINTON is seeking a talented Head of Project Management Office (PMO) to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of multiple high-end architectural metalwork projects across India.
- Act as the primary point of contact for HNI clients, architects, consultants, and business owners.
- Conduct client meetings, present project updates, and ensure strong stakeholder alignment and satisfaction.
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines, budgets, quality standards, and contractual commitments.
- Track project KPIs, risks, budgets, schedules, and overall project performance.
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks, delays, and operational challenges.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and performance evaluations of Project Engineers and project teams.
- Travel extensively across India to meet clients, monitor projects, and resolve on-site challenges.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering with formal education in Project Management.
- PMP Certification preferred.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in end-to-end project management.
- Proven experience handling HNI clients, architects, and luxury/high-end projects.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in project planning, reporting, dashboards, and PMO governance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and perform effectively under pressure.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support and guide Project Engineers to resolve project and operational challenges.
