ERP Transformation Leader – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Gurugram | Full-time | Immediate Joiners Preferred
We’re not looking for a Project Manager.
We’re looking for someone who can own a business transformation.
ACSL is implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as its core ERP, and we need a Techno-Functional ERP Program Leader who can operate at the intersection of Finance, Operations, and Technology — with complete accountability for delivery.
The MandateYou will be the single point of ownership for ERP execution — translating business intent into disciplined delivery.
- Drive end-to-end ERP implementation (Design → Build → Go-Live → Stabilisation)
- Partner directly with CFO & CTO to ensure business-aligned outcomes
- Bring structure, governance, and decision discipline into a high-impact program
- Ensure minimal customisation, clean data, and strong financial controls
- Own UAT, adoption, and business readiness — not just system delivery
What Makes You a Fit- 10–15+ years in ERP program leadership roles
- You’ve led at least one full ERP implementation end-to-end
- Strong exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV / F&O
- Deep understanding of finance processes + business operations
- Ability to push back, influence, and close decisions at CXO level
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, pressure, and high accountability environments
This Role Is Not For You If- You are a status-reporting PMO
- You rely on System Integrators to drive decisions
- You come purely from functional consulting or technical development
What Success Looks Like- On-time ERP go-live with strong business adoption
- Clean, auditable data migration
- A system that is controlled, scalable, and minimally customised
- Seamless transition from project mode → stable operations
