1. Assessment Operations - Jharkhand Projects
● Lead end-to-end assessment operations for Jharkhand projects under the guidance of the Operations team, ensuring readiness of tools, processes, and quality standards.
● Coordinate field-level implementation — school visits, logistics, scheduling, trainings, and assessments.
● Engage with district and state-level government stakeholders on alignment, communication, and resolution of onground issues.
● Hire, onboard, train, and monitor ground team members and contractual resources.
2. Documentation & Reporting
● Prepare and maintain structured documentation including reports, decks, trackers, and implementation records
● Lead the development of engagement plans and design high-quality posters and communication creatives to support program outreach.
● Track action items and support timely reporting for internal and external stakeholders
● Perform basic data analysis to generate insights and support decision-making
3. During lighter periods between Jharkhand project cycles, the role will extend support to the Operations team on other state projects. This may include enumerator hiring, assessment data management, coordination support and process documentation.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related fields.
2. 2–5 years of work experience in education project implementation, content development, or teacher training.
3. Prior experience working with government education systems is preferred.
