We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Management Intern to support the planning, coordination, and execution of AI product initiatives at Techolution.
The ideal candidate will work closely with Project Managers, Product Managers, Engineering teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are well-planned, effectively coordinated, and delivered within defined timelines. The candidate should have a foundational understanding of project management, software development processes, and Agile methodologies, along with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
This role offers an opportunity to gain practical exposure to managing AI-driven product initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating, maintaining, and tracking project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables for AI product initiatives.
- Support Project Managers in coordinating project activities across Product, Engineering, QA, Design, and other cross-functional teams.
- Assist with gathering, understanding, and documenting project requirements and action items.
- Track project progress against timelines, goals, dependencies, and key milestones.
- Maintain project trackers, status reports, documentation, and dashboards.
- Identify potential project risks, blockers, issues, and dependencies, and escalate them to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Support the team in coordinating project meetings, preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and tracking action items.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and deliverables.
- Assist in maintaining project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion, or similar platforms.
- Support basic resource allocation, task prioritization, and project coordination activities.
- Assist in monitoring project budgets and resource requirements, wherever applicable.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Contribute ideas to improve project workflows, documentation, communication, and execution processes.
- Prepare clear and structured updates for internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Support additional project management and coordination activities as required.
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Candidates should have completed at least one or two relevant internships in project management, project coordination, program management, operations, or a closely related field.
- Basic understanding of project management principles, project lifecycle, task management, timelines, dependencies, and risk identification.
- Foundational understanding of software development processes and technical terminology.
- Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with concepts such as sprints, stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, requirements, testing, deployment, and backlog management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong comprehension skills with the ability to understand requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, and PowerPoint/Slides.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion, or similar platforms.
- Strong ownership, accountability, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to identify risks and impediments and escalate them with relevant context and possible solutions.
- Open to working from the Techolution Hyderabad office and relocating to Hyderabad.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working on software, AI, technology, or product-related projects.
- Exposure to project planning, sprint tracking, task management, stakeholder coordination, or project reporting.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, Notion, Slack, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of basic technical concepts such as APIs, databases, frontend/backend development, testing, and deployment.
- Experience preparing project trackers, meeting minutes, status reports, or documentation.
- Participation in technical, product, management, or leadership clubs and initiatives.
