Role Overview
Position: Intern- Project Management
Location: Bengaluru
As a Project Management Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of sales operations, supporting our sales teams with process improvements, reporting, data management, and sales analytics. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the intricacies of sales strategy, pipeline management, and operational excellence within a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Own:
-Assist in analyzing and improving sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
-Support the creation and maintenance of sales reports, dashboards, and metrics to track sales performance.
-Work with the Sales Operations Manager to streamline sales forecasting, pipeline management, and other sales operations tasks.
-Help manage and update the CRM system by ensuring data accuracy and cleanliness.
-Conduct market research to assist the sales team in identifying opportunities and improving strategies.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance) to support project execution and alignment.
-Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders regarding sales performance and project status.
What You Bring:
-Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
-Strong interest in sales operations and process optimization.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and generate insights.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Duration
This internship is for a period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
