About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to join our team for a 6-month engagement. This is a hands-on role where you will work alongside project managers, contribute to live projects, and develop practical skills across planning, delivery, and stakeholder communication.
Whether you are an early-career professional or a student completing your studies, this internship is designed to give you real-world exposure to how projects are initiated, executed, monitored, and closed in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Support & Coordination
• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and tracking of project tasks and milestones
• Maintain project documentation including plans, status reports, risk logs, and meeting minutes
• Support project managers in preparing project briefs, charters, and stakeholder updates
• Monitor project timelines and flag delays or risks to the project team
Stakeholder Communication
• Help coordinate internal meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items
• Assist in creating clear, concise project communications for internal stakeholders
• Support cross-functional collaboration between teams such as Engineering, Design, and Marketing
Reporting & Analysis
• Compile and update project dashboards and progress trackers
• Assist in producing weekly or bi-weekly status reports for leadership
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making on project initiatives
Process Improvement
• Identify opportunities to improve project workflows and documentation standards
• Contribute to the development of PM templates and best practice guides
• Participate in retrospectives and lessons-learned sessions
What You'll Learn• End-to-end project lifecycle management — from initiation through to closure
• Practical use of project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
• How to manage competing priorities, stakeholder expectations, and project risks
• Effective communication, reporting, and presentation skills in a professional setting
• Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies
Qualifications & RequirementsEssential
• Currently completed a degree in Business Management or a related field
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Docs, Sheets)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
