We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Management Executive who loves bringing ideas to life and ensuring projects move from concept to completion seamlessly. If you enjoy working closely with clients, solving problems on the go, and taking full ownership of projects, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of project coordination from planning to final delivery, ensuring timelines and expectations are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication, updates, and feedback efficiently.
- Own project timelines and task tracking, ensuring all teams stay aligned and deadlines are met.
- Proactively identify challenges and solve problems to keep projects running smoothly.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, operations, or other stakeholders) to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects with attention to detail and quality.
