Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Management executive to oversee and deliver a range of commercial projects across the business. The role will focus on initiatives such as production batch increases, implementation of new market regulatory requirements, process optimization, product changes, and other strategic commercial projects.
The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and drive projects from initiation through completion while minimizing operational disruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage commercial and operational projects from planning through execution and closure.
- Coordinate projects related to:
- Production or batch size increases
- New market entry requirements
- Regulatory and compliance changes
- Product or packaging updates
- Process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Supply chain and manufacturing initiatives
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and resource allocations.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and external partners.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies where required.
- Track project milestones and provide regular progress updates to senior leadership.
- Support change management activities and ensure effective communication across teams.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, industry standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and governance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within a commercial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or regulated environment.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects involving regulatory or operational change.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is desirable.
