We're Hiring | Project Coordinator

Intersection Inc. is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Rajkot, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate daily tasks for in-house designers, video editors, content writers, freelancers, and external agencies
- Plan, assign, and monitor project timelines to ensure timely delivery
- Track daily work hours, outcome and team productivity
- Conduct daily follow-ups on assigned tasks and project progress
- Coordinate with clients regarding feedback, revisions, approvals, and project updates
- Maintain project trackers, MIS reports, and daily status reports
- Ensure quality standards and brand guidelines are followed across all deliverables
- Identify project bottlenecks and coordinate with the respective teams for quick resolution
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines
- Improve workflow processes and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners
Preferred Experience :
* 1.5 to 3 years of experience in Project Coordination, Operations, or Digital Marketing Agency Management
* Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills
* Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, Data and project management tools
* Basic understanding of social media, branding, and creative workflows
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* A good eye for design and attention to detail is an added advantage
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
