About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Management Associate to support our project teams in planning, coordinating, and executing digital marketing and technical projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
- Manage daily project operations and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to align project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and prepare status reports.
- Ensure proper documentation of project workflows and deliverables.
- Identify project risks and support in implementing solutions.
- Communicate updates to internal teams and clients when necessary.
- Maintain project management tools and dashboards.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of technical concepts (software, web technologies, digital tools).
- Basic knowledge of project management lifecycle.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and team-coordination abilities.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Eligibility
- Education: B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc (Any branch)
- Experience: Fresher or 0–1 year experience (preferred)
