🚨 Hiring | Project Manager – South Zone
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and deliver commercial interior projects across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
📍 Base Location: Chennai / Bangalore
📍 Project Region: Karnataka, Tamil Nadu & Kerala
💼 Experience: 7–8 Years
💰 Fixed Pay: Up to ₹75,000 per month
🏗️ Function: Projects / Operations
✈️ Travel: Extensive travel across the South Zone
Key Responsibilities
• Manage commercial interior projects from mobilization to final handover
• Lead end-to-end site execution across civil, carpentry, flooring, ceiling, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, furniture and finishes
• Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones and manpower plans
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, design teams, MEP teams, contractors and vendors
• Manage contractors and subcontractors to ensure productivity, quality and timely execution
• Monitor BOQs, measurements, billing, variations, material consumption and project costs
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQs and quality standards
• Identify project risks, delays and execution bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
• Manage procurement and ensure timely availability of materials and resources
• Conduct site inspections, project reviews and client meetings
• Handle project MIS, progress reports, MOMs, approvals and documentation
• Lead snagging, defect rectification and final project handover
• Manage and mentor Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors and project teams
• Build strong networks with regional contractors, vendors and execution partners
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management or a related field
• 7–8 years of relevant experience in commercial interior fit-outs or construction project management
• Proven experience managing projects from mobilization through completion and handover
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, drawings, project scheduling, MEP coordination, billing, costing and commercial controls
• Strong contractor, subcontractor, vendor and site-team management experience
• Candidates should be based in Chennai or Bangalore
• Multi-location project experience across South India will be preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala is essential
