- Own the end-to-end ServiceNow practice — strategy, capability building, delivery standards, toolkits, and CoE assets.
- Lead and support pre-sales activities — responding to RFPs, scoping engagements, crafting solution architectures, and presenting to clients.
- Drive ServiceNow delivery governance — ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.
- Build and mentor a team of ServiceNow functional and technical consultants based in Jaipur.
- Define and maintain practice accelerators — templates, reusable components, implementation playbooks, and delivery frameworks.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in client conversations, workshops, and solution walkthroughs.
- Stay ahead of the ServiceNow product roadmap — certifications, new modules, platform releases — and ensure the practice is positioned for growth.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and expand the ServiceNow footprint in existing accounts.
- Drive learning and development within the team — structured upskilling plans, certification targets, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Partner with leadership to shape the ServiceNow go-to-market strategy, partner program participation, and market positioning.
- 6+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including significant time in a practice lead, principal consultant, or delivery management capacity.
- Hands-on expertise across core ServiceNow modules — ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HR Service Delivery, or Strategic Portfolio Management.
- Demonstrated experience in pre-sales — ability to create compelling proposals, lead client presentations, and scope complex projects.
- Experience managing and developing a team of ServiceNow professionals.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow partner model and ecosystem dynamics.
- Active ServiceNow certifications (CSA mandatory; CAD, CIS in one or more tracks preferred).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable at CXO level.
- Willingness to be based in Jaipur full-time.
