Role Description The Project Lead – Renewable Energy will oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects at Ecolev Infratech Private Limited. This full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India involves coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure projects meet technical, financial, and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining project scope, developing implementation plans, monitoring progress and energy performance, managing risks, and preparing reports for senior management. The role also includes evaluating new renewable energy technologies, optimizing energy systems, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. The Project Lead will mentor team members, support stakeholder communication, and contribute to continuous improvement in project management practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess project performance, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess knowledge and experience in the Energy Industry and Energy domains to understand market trends and regulatory frameworks.
- Candidates should possess Energy Management skills to optimize energy use, improve efficiency, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Power Generation to manage renewable energy systems and evaluate technical feasibility.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, energy management, or a related field; advanced certifications in renewable energy are an advantage.
- Proven experience leading projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and working with external partners in an infrastructure or energy context.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
- Familiarity with project management tools, basic financial analysis, and applicable safety and environmental standards.
