Role Description
The Project Lead (Interiors) will oversee end-to-end interior design projects, ensuring they align with client expectations and company excellence standards. Key responsibilities include project planning, client liaison, resource allocation, and on-site supervision to ensure timelines and deliverables are met. The role also involves mentoring team members, coordinating with architects and engineers, and ensuring the design intent translates effectively into execution. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Interior Design, Space Planning, and Material Selection
- Project Management experience, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Proficiency in CAD, 3D Visualization tools, and other relevant design software
- Strong communication, team leadership, and client interaction skills
- Attention to Detail and the ability to oversee precise on-site execution
- Knowledge of sustainable and innovative interior design practices
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Professional experience in managing interior projects is highly desirable
