Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Project Lead (Interiors). The role involves supervising and managing projects from concept to execution, ensuring they align with the client’s design intent and company standards. Responsibilities include managing project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, overseeing budgeting and timelines, reviewing design specifications, and ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and quality benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Interior Design, Space Planning, and Project Management
- Strong skills in Design Development, Technical Detailing, and Material Selection
- Experience in Team Leadership, Client Communication, and Vendor Coordination
- Knowledge of Project Budgeting, Scheduling, and Resource Allocation
- Proficiency in CAD, 3D Design, and Visualization Software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Experience in handling corporate, residential, or hospitality interior design projects is a plus
