Job Role: Project Lead
We are seeking a Project Lead to execute the National Financial Literacy Quiz (NFLQ) across colleges in India. The role involves end-to-end project execution, college coordination, and building a team of Campus Ambassadors.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Convert provided leads into successful college participation
- Generate new leads by approaching colleges and institutions
- Coordinate with college authorities, faculty members, and student clubs
- Build and manage a team of Campus Ambassadors
- Handle end-to-end operations of quiz execution in colleges
- Submit daily progress and performance reports to the Project Team
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing BBA, MBA, or B.Com
- Preference for candidates with experience as Class Representative (CR) or in inter-college competitions
- Strong networking, communication, and convincing skills
- Self-motivated with good problem-solving ability
- Ability to commit minimum 5 hours per day
