Area(s) of responsibility
- Understand and document business requirements related to Sales, Service, and Marketing processes
- Configure SAP CRM modules including:
- Organizational Management
- Business Partner & Account Management
- Service Orders, Complaints, and Contracts
- Interaction Center / Web UI
- Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FS) and support Technical Specifications
- Support SAP CRM integrations (ECC/S/4HANA, Middleware, IDocs, RFCs)
- Perform system configuration, testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), and defect resolution
- Support data migration, cutover, and go‑live activities
- Provide user training, workshops, and documentation
- Support AMS / production issues (L2/L3) and continuous improvement
- Coordinate with ABAP and integration teams
Required Skills
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP CRM (Sales, Service, Marketing)
- Experience with CRM Web UI configuration
- Good understanding of CRM Middleware & integration concepts
- Knowledge of end‑to‑end CRM business processes
- Experience in documentation and stakeholder communication
