About The Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Embedded Systems Lead who can drive engineering excellence across Automotive and Industrial Embedded Systems projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in embedded systems development, proven team leadership capabilities, and the ability to support business growth through
customer engagement and pre-sales activities.
This role requires a blend of technical leadership, project execution, customer interaction, and
strategic support for sales initiatives to help win new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of Embedded Systems solutions for Automotive and Industrial domains.
- Drive end-to-end embedded product development, including architecture, design, coding, integration, testing, and validation.
- Review system architecture and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Guide teams on embedded software development using C/C++, RTOS, Linux, AUTOSAR, and MCU/MPU-based platforms.
- Support debugging, performance optimization, and root-cause analysis for complex embedded systems.
- Lead development activities aligned with Automotive standards and processes.
- Work on ECU development, communication protocols, diagnostics, and vehicle network technologies.
- Support projects involving CAN, LIN, Ethernet, UDS, SPI, I2C, UART, and related protocols.
- Ensure compliance with Automotive functional safety and quality standards such as ISO 26262, ASPICE, and MISRA.
- Support industrial automation and embedded control system projects.
- Work on connectivity, edge devices, industrial communication protocols, and IoT-enabled systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for industrial embedded product development
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Embedded Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience working with global customers and distributed teams.
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
- Strong experience in Embedded Systems development.
- Hands-on expertise in Embedded C/C++ programming.
- Experience with RTOS, Embedded Linux, device drivers, and middleware development.
- Strong knowledge of Automotive communication protocols and embedded architectures.
- Familiarity with Automotive standards such as ISO 26262, AUTOSAR, ASPICE, and MISRA.
- Understanding of industrial embedded systems and IoT solutions is preferred.
- Experience with debugging tools, oscilloscopes, analyzers, and embedded development environments.
- Exposure to ARM-based microcontrollers/microprocessors.
- Prior experience in technical pre-sales or solution consulting is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
