Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Lead role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder communications, resolving project-related challenges, and ensuring compliance with industry-specific standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Project Management skills, including planning, monitoring, and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Experience in team leadership, collaboration, and coordination with cross-functional departments
- Technical knowledge of tooling, mechanical assemblies, and machined components within aerospace or related industries
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking for addressing project challenges
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, or ISO45001 standards is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in aerospace/manufacturing projects will be an advantage
