Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Lead with a strong background in IT services to manage and deliver technology projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and budget adherence. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects across development, implementation, and delivery phases Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, DevOps, and business teams Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans proactively Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and documentation Manage resource allocation, task assignments, and team performance Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and organizational processes Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and review meetings (Agile projects) Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 4 years of experience in project coordination or project leadership roles within IT services Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana, Trello, etc.) Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Preferred Qualifications Prior experience handling client-facing projects Exposure to cloud technologies, enterprise applications, or digital transformation projects Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe) are a plus Experience working in fast-paced, service-oriented environments
