Job Title: Project Lead – Interior Projects (Civil)
Location: Chennai
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Project Lead to manage day-to-day interior project execution at site. The candidate will be responsible for site progress, manpower allocation, coordination with clients and vendors, and ensuring projects are completed on time with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage day-to-day site activities.
- Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
- Allocate and manage site workforce effectively.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Liaise with client-side project engineers for smooth project execution.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Track project timelines and resolve site execution issues.
- Coordinate material requirements and site logistics.
- Ensure safety practices are followed at the project site.
- Report project progress to the management team.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction project execution.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple sites and teams.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and preparation of DPR.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
