Role Description
As a Project Lead at Design Dixon, you will take ownership of projects, overseeing all phases from initiation to completion. Your responsibilities will include planning and coordinating project timelines, budgets, and resources. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, monitor project progress, and ensure deliverables align with quality standards and client expectations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, requiring hands-on involvement to meet project milestones and successfully deliver tailored interior solutions.
Qualifications
- Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
- Knowledge of interior design or construction project workflows is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant project management software and tools
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address project challenges
- Experience in delivering projects within budget and on schedule
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field
- Familiarity with regional and national building codes and regulations
