Job Title: Project Lead (On Site)
Location: Vadodara, IND
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Lead a broad range of complex projects while managing towards deadlines and project milestones.
2. Define and document project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
3. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
4. Develop project plans and associated communications documents.
5. Manage direct resources effectively and efficiently.
6. Identify and solve project issues effectively.
7. Establishes project communication plan and methodologies to ensure progress stakeholder communication at various levels of the organization.
8. Implement project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high standard and meet customer expectations.
9. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
10. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
2. 2-5 years of relevant work experience in IT, SaaS, Project Management- Softwares, Business Analysis, SDLC, etc.
3. Demonstrated success in project delivery and team leadership.
4. Professional Project Management Certification from accredited intuition preferred.
5. Familiarity with project management tools and software packages.
6. Knowledge of AI preferred.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job.
