The Vision KisanKonnect is pioneering a revolutionary "One-Stop" dairy model in Maharashtra. By integrating Cow Hostels, High-Tech Demonstration Dairy Farms, and specialized stakeholder support, we are building a sustainable, high-yield infrastructure for the future of dairy farming. We are seeking a high-caliber Project Lead to orchestrate five key strategic partners and drive the mission to achieve a collection of 3 lakh liters of milk per day. 

Key Stakeholder Ecosystem You will be the central point of contact managing the following collaborative partners: • KisanKonnect: Milk collection and BMC (Bulk Milk Cooler) infrastructure. • Agrinourix: Provision of high-quality feed/silage and Fodder Bank management. • Dehaat: Supply chain for all essential dairy inputs. • Krushal: Dedicated veterinary care and animal health management. • SP Women Enterprise: Skilled manpower sourcing and training via the NIRMI Skill Development Center.

Core Responsibilities • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between the five partner organizations to ensure seamless operations and goal alignment. • Project Launch: Oversee the end-to-end setup of new Cow Hostels and High-Tech Demonstration Dairy Farms. • Growth & Scalability: Execute a roadmap to scale milk production from current levels to 3 lakh liters per day within an 18-month timeframe. • Operational Oversight: Ensure BMCs are optimized, fodder banks are stocked, and veterinary protocols are strictly followed across all premises.

Training Coordination: Work with the NIRMI center to ensure all farm staff are trained in modern dairy management practices. • Performance Tracking: Monitor daily milk yields, animal health metrics, and input efficiency, providing regular reports to the executive team.

Required Qualifications & Skills • Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the Dairy Sector or Large-scale Dairy Farming. • Management: Proven track record in project management, specifically handling multi stakeholder environments or integrated agricultural projects. • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of modern dairy farming, TMR (Total Mixed Ration), animal husbandry, and milk cold-chain logistics. • Leadership: Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to manage diverse partners and rural workforces. • Drive: A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlines to meet production targets.
