Company Description Entrepreneurs Association of India (EAI) is a not-for-profit organization registered under Section 8 and CSR-1 with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, and holds tax-exempt status. EAI focuses on connecting entrepreneurs, organizations, and individuals of Indian origin to contribute to policy decisions and nurture the spirit of youth, entrepreneurship, and innovation at the district level. The organization’s core mission is the economic empowerment of youth, women, and farmers through entrepreneurship. Role Description The Project Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The intern will support planning and execution of entrepreneurship-focused projects, including coordinating activities, assisting with documentation, and maintaining project records. Day-to-day tasks may include conducting basic research, preparing reports and presentations, supporting community outreach initiatives, and assisting in event or workshop coordination. The intern will collaborate with project leads and stakeholders, contribute to communication materials, and help monitor project progress and impact. This role offers exposure to grassroots development, entrepreneurship ecosystems, and nonprofit operations.
Note- No stipend is there as we have to invest in the interns to grow and learn.
Qualifications
- Ability to conduct structured research and organize data; strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including drafting reports, presentations, and outreach material.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Comfort working with basic office software and digital collaboration tools.
- Demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship, social impact, or community development.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and maintain a professional, inclusive approach.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in social sciences, management, economics, development studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior internship or volunteer experience with nonprofits, grassroots initiatives, or youth programs is an advantage.
