Role Description The Project Intern will support the planning and execution of microdrama and short-form content projects from concept to release. This full-time, on-site role in Guindy involves coordinating with creative, production, and marketing teams to track timelines, organize assets, and help ensure deliverables meet quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining project schedules, compiling status reports, documenting meetings, and following up on action items with internal and external stakeholders. The intern will assist in basic research on audience preferences, competitive content, and trends in short-form OTT entertainment. The role also includes handling administrative and logistical support for shoots, reviews, and content launches while learning standard project management practices in a fast-paced media environment.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- Interest in OTT platforms, digital entertainment, and short-form storytelling, with a basic understanding of content production workflows.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and document project updates clearly.
- Comfort with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project tracking tools) and willingness to learn new software.
- Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks and learn from feedback.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Media Studies, Film, Communication, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Ability to work on-site in Guindy full time and adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
