About the Company
Multi Recruit is partnered with a leading architecture and interior design firm to expand its team in Bengaluru. We are hiring a Project Interior Architect with 10+ years of experience. The firm, established in 1976, has successfully delivered over 900 projects across major cities in India. Backed by a strong and experienced team, it undertakes projects across residential, commercial, corporate, and hospitality segments, offering excellent opportunities to work on diverse and impactful designs.
About the Role
Key responsibility included: Lead and guide team of Interiors working on various projects to ensure successful and timely completion of the projects.
Ensure clients have positive experience by communicating effectively with client and by working closely with the internal team and client’s team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
- Ensure that all service coordination drawings & Good for construction drawings are checked & released on time for site execution.
- Check and approve all Interior drawings from the points of view of technical completeness, clarity, conformance with standards & site conditions dimensional accuracy and the correct specification of materials and processes.
- Project execution, Site coordination, and co-ordination between clients, contractors, consultants and related agencies.
- Take up individual responsibilities of project when called upon to do so and handle the project successfully till timely completion independently.
- Good communication & presentation skills.
Required Skills
- Proven working experience in managing end to end execution of medium and large sized Interior projects.
- Strong technical & leadership skills.
- Proven track record in developing and leading a team of Architects & Interior Designers.
- Great ability to multitask, work independently as well as a team.
- Experience working on all aspects of projects, through all stages of work, from concept to completion.
Preferred Skills
- Mentor Junior team.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Lead client meetings and manage communication.
- Ensure budget, schedule, and quality standards are met.
- Ensure PER ratio.
Pay range and compensation package
We are looking for a candidate with relevant experience of 10+ years of which minimum 3 years needs to be in a Leadership/Managerial role.
