Sr. Manager / Manager / Asst. Manager – Project Implementation & Resource Mobilization

About the Role
Child Help Foundation is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented professional with strong expertise in CSR fund mobilization, project implementation, proposal development, and rural/urban development programs.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end implementation of CSR and development projects, from project planning and field execution to monitoring, impact assessment, donor reporting, and closure. The candidate will also support the Head of Projects & Resource Mobilization in developing new CSR partnerships and scaling high-impact programs.
This role requires strong project management capabilities, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, networking skills, and the ability to translate donor requirements into effective field-level implementation.
Key Responsibilities
1. CSR Fund Mobilization & Partnership Development
- Identify and engage potential CSR partners, corporates, foundations, government agencies, and institutional donors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CSR Heads, foundations, government stakeholders, and development partners.
- Support in developing and converting CSR opportunities into funded projects.
- Represent Child Help Foundation at CSR forums, conferences, networking events, and donor meetings.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective CSR partners and funding opportunities.
2. Special Project Implementation – End-to-End
- Lead and coordinate special CSR and development projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project implementation plans, activity schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with field teams, Project Officers, implementation partners, vendors, government departments, and community stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are implemented within timelines, approved budgets, quality standards, and donor commitments.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess project progress, identify challenges, and ensure timely corrective action.
- Ensure effective utilization of project resources and achievement of agreed outcomes.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across rural and urban locations.
- Develop and implement SOPs, monitoring systems, checklists, and project review mechanisms.
3. Proposal & Concept Note Development
- Research, develop, and submit high-quality concept notes, CSR proposals, grant applications, project plans, and budgets.
- Customize proposals according to donor priorities, CSR guidelines, geographical requirements, and thematic areas.
- Develop logical frameworks, theories of change, outcome indicators, implementation plans, and monitoring frameworks.
- Work closely with HO and state/field teams to design practical and evidence-based interventions.
- Support preparation of project budgets, MoUs, agreements, and donor documentation.
4. Project Monitoring, Evaluation & Impact Measurement
- Establish project monitoring systems and measurable KPIs.
- Track project outputs, outcomes, milestones, budgets, and beneficiary coverage.
- Analyze field data and prepare periodic project review reports.
- Use tools such as MS Excel, MIS, Kobo/ODK or similar digital data-collection platforms for project monitoring.
- Document success stories, case studies, photographs, testimonials, and impact evidence.
- Identify implementation gaps and recommend corrective measures.
5. Donor Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare high-quality monthly, quarterly, and annual project reports for CSR partners.
- Ensure timely submission of utilization reports, progress reports, impact reports, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure project implementation remains aligned with donor agreements, approved budgets, MoUs, and CSR objectives.
- Coordinate with Finance, Compliance, MIS, and Program teams for accurate reporting and documentation.
6. Team & Stakeholder Management
- Guide and mentor Project Officers, field teams, implementation teams, and partner organizations.
- Conduct training and orientation on project objectives, deliverables, monitoring frameworks, and reporting requirements.
- Liaise with government departments, local authorities, NGOs, community leaders, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Build strong community-level partnerships to ensure sustainable project implementation.
Special Project Experience – Essential
Candidates with experience in special or large-scale project implementation will be preferred.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate actual field implementation experience, including planning, team coordination, budget management, stakeholder engagement, monitoring, reporting, and successful project completion.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- MBA/PGDM in Rural Management, Development Management, Social Work, Rural Development, Anthropology, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in CSR, NGO project management, resource mobilization, or development-sector programs.
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end implementation of CSR/development projects.
- Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder management.
Preferred:
- Proven track record of securing CSR grants or institutional funding.
- Experience in developing concept notes, logframes, budgets, MoUs, and donor proposals.
- Experience managing projects across rural and/or urban geographies.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MIS, Kobo/ODK or similar project-monitoring tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
- Willingness to undertake regular field visits.
