Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Head MEP/PEB based in Navi Mumbai. The Project Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) and pre-engineered building (PEB) projects. Key tasks include project planning, coordinating with team members, ensuring timely project execution, and managing CAD designs. The role also involves leading teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) and Mechanical Engineering
- Proven Project Management and Team Management skills
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools
- Knowledge of pre-engineered building (PEB) systems and related technologies
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Experience in managing large-scale construction or industrial projects
- Familiarity with safety regulations and standards is highly desirable
