Are you an experienced commercial leader with a proven track record of managing ₹500+ Crore commercial building projects?
We are looking for a Project Head – Commercial to lead the commercial and contractual functions for landmark commercial developments, including shopping malls, mixed-use developments, IT parks, commercial towers, hotels, and premium retail projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end commercial management of large commercial building projects.
- Drive budgeting, cost control, financial planning, and profitability.
- Manage contracts, change orders, claims, and subcontractor agreements.
- Oversee procurement, quantity surveying, billing, and payment certifications.
- Ensure effective commercial governance, risk management, and statutory compliance.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, architects, PMCs, and project teams to achieve commercial objectives.
- Lead and mentor commercial, contracts, billing, and quantity surveying teams.
Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- MBA/PGDM or relevant certifications in Contract Management/Quantity Surveying will be an added advantage.
- 18–25 years of experience in commercial management for large commercial building construction projects.
- Demonstrated experience handling projects valued at ₹500 Crores or more.
- Strong expertise in contract administration, cost management, procurement, billing, claims, and commercial strategy.

Candidates with experience delivering large-scale projects such as:
- Shopping Malls
- Mixed-Use Developments
- IT Parks
