Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Head with Meenakshi Builders for their Project "Meenakshi North Avenue " at Ayodhya By-pass Road, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The Project Head will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Responsibilities include project planning, resource allocation, stakeholder communication, monitoring progress, and addressing any challenges that arise during execution. The role requires strong leadership to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
- Project Management and strategic planning expertise
- Proficiency in supervising construction activities and coordinating with contractors, architects, and engineers
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of compliance standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance in construction
- Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar project planning software
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. A Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) will be an added advantage.
