Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Head with 15+ years of expertise in hospitality projects, including greenfield developments and interior fit-out/finishing works. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, stakeholder coordination, team management, quality control, budgeting, and timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage hospitality construction projects from planning to handover.
- Handle greenfield developments, interior finishing, and fit-out works.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and site execution.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory approvals, and project standards.
- Manage project planning, procurement coordination, billing, and reporting.
- Lead and mentor project teams, site engineers, and contractors.
- Review project progress and resolve technical and operational challenges.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within approved cost and quality parameters.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in hospitality project execution.
- Expertise in civil construction, interior finishes, and project coordination.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and execution methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams effectively.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or premium hospitality developments.
- Strong exposure to greenfield and interior fit-out projects.
- Ability to lead large teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
