Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Head based at Project site. The Project Head will be responsible for planning, executing, and maintaining infrastructure projects in the road sector. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring quality standards, and liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders. The role will also involve compliance with regulatory requirements, risk management, and the implementation of best practices in infrastructure development.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in project planning, maintainance, and management within the infrastructure or road development sector.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills to ensure effective collaboration.
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and cost management for large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to infrastructure development.
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in project management will be an added advantage.
- Prior on-site leadership experience in infrastructure or road development projects is highly desirable.
