Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Project Head to lead, plan, monitor, and execute complex projects across multiple departments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project execution, stakeholder coordination, budget control, resource planning, and client management.
The role will be responsible for managing the complete project lifecycle, from project initiation to final closure, ensuring timely execution, cost control, smooth material dispatch, payment realization, and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and ensure timely execution of all projects as per agreed timelines and contractual requirements.
- Plan and monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and execution progress.
- Ensure dispatch of materials as per erection sequence and project site requirements.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, production, quality, logistics, erection, and commissioning teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure projects are executed within approved budget and scope.
- Monitor project cost, resource utilization, and financial performance.
- Ensure timely realization of payments from clients as per project milestones.
- Follow up and ensure timely receipt of Performance Guarantee / PG from clients.
- Manage client communication and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify project risks, delays, cost overruns, and execution challenges, and take corrective actions.
- Conduct regular project review meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, compliance, and project closure activities.
- Support management with project status updates, MIS reports, risk analysis, and decision-making inputs.
- Drive team performance and ensure accountability across project functions.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized institution.
- PMP Certification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, project execution, or related leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex and high-impact projects.
- Strong experience in budget management, resource planning, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience in engineering, manufacturing, EPC, industrial projects, or pollution control equipment industry will be preferred.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
