- The Role: This role involves leading execution of premium high-rise luxury projects,
ensuring quality, timelines, stakeholder coordination, and delivery excellence at site level.
Location Details- Primary Project Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India
- Corporate Office Location: Central Bangalore
- Relocation: Open to candidates outside Bangalore from Tier 1 Metro Cities
- Language Requirements: English
Role Overview- The Project Head / Project In-Charge will be responsible for complete site leadership and execution of ultra-luxury high-rise residential projects. The role demands strong technical expertise, stakeholder coordination, team management, and strategic project oversight.
- The candidate must have extensive experience managing 15+ floor luxury developments and demonstrate stability in career progression.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end execution of high-rise luxury projects
- Manage site operations, contractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budgets
- Handle coordination between design, procurement, and execution teams
- Oversee contractor performance and ensure contractual compliance
- Monitor progress and implement corrective measures where required
- Manage execution in constrained urban plots (where applicable)
- Represent the project in client and senior management interactions
- Drive site safety, documentation, and reporting standards
Qualification & Experience- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
NICMAR Post-Graduate preferred (not mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 15 years
- Mandatory Background: High-rise ultra-luxury residential projects (15+ floors)
Experience in dense/limited plot execution (for specific site)
- Deal Breaker: No high-rise luxury experience
Frequent job changes / unstable career history
No Experience in RCC with Aluform / Mivan Formwork
Low English Communication Skills
