Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Senior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale construction projects. Key responsibilities include driving project schedules, coordinating between teams, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, managing resources, and resolving any project challenges. The individual will also liaise with key stakeholders to guarantee project alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and completion of complex construction projects
- Experience in Expediting and acting as an Expeditor to ensure the timely delivery of project components
- Strong skills in Inspection and quality assurance
- Knowledge in Logistics Management for efficient movement of materials and resources
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work in a dynamic, on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience in large-scale industrial, residential or institutional projects is preferred.
