Job Title: Project Head – Solar Water Pumps (EPC)

Role Objective
The Project Head – Solar Water Pumps will lead end-to-end EPC execution and maintenance operations. The role involves close coordination with MSEDCL (Head Office and Circle Offices) and overall responsibility for project planning, execution, monitoring, and team management across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage EPC and maintenance teams for solar water pump projects
- Coordinate with MSEDCL and other government authorities for project execution and compliance
- Oversee project planning, execution, and timely delivery across multiple sites
- Manage large installation teams deployed across various geographical locations
- Supervise inventory and warehouse operations at different project locations
- Ensure effective timeline management and adherence to project milestones
- Monitor project performance through regular reporting, analysis, and review
- Maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards across all sites
- Resolve on-ground operational challenges and ensure smooth project execution
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the solar industry
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in solar water pump projects (PPC/EPC)
- Proven experience in handling large-scale installations and distributed teams
- Prior experience working with government agencies is essential
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Engineering or related field (MBA preferred)
- Strong project management and execution skills
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in reporting, data analysis, and project tracking
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
