Key Responsibilities:
Experience: 15+ Years
- Lead sales for upcoming luxury residential launches in Hyderabad.
- Drive end-to-end sales strategy, customer acquisition, and revenue generation for high-value projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, investors, and premium clientele.
- Develop market penetration strategies and oversee sales performance across assigned projects.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and channel partners to enhance brand positioning and customer experience.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets while maintaining premium customer engagement standards.
- Mentor and lead high-performing luxury sales teams.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 15+ years of experience in Luxury Sales, preferably within Real Estate.
- Strong exposure to HNI/UHNI customer handling.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly polished and professional personality with strong relationship management capabilities.
- Proven track record in handling premium or luxury product sales.
