Role – Project Finance (Junior to Mid-Level)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial models, information memorandums, and project reports for renewable energy projects (solar, wind, hybrid, C&I, utility-scale).
- Conduct detailed financial analysis including cash flows, IRR, DSCR, and debt structuring.
- Coordinate with lenders, investors, and internal stakeholders for project financing and closure.
- Manage debt documentation processes including sanction letters, loan agreements, and compliance requirements.
- Support due diligence by providing financial data, project details, and risk assessments.
- Assist in securing project financing and ensure timely financial closures.
- Monitor project financing conditions and ensure compliance with lender requirements.
- Handle pre- and post-disbursement activities including documentation and site coordination.
- Participate in negotiations with lenders to achieve optimal financing terms.
Required Qualifications
- MBA in Finance or equivalent from a recognized institution
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
- 3-10 years of experience in project finance, infrastructure finance, or renewable energy sector
Required Skills
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Understanding of project finance structures and debt instruments
- Knowledge of renewable energy sector (solar, wind, PPAs, IPPs)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with renewable energy projects or infrastructure financing
- Exposure to lender negotiations and financial closures
- Certification in financial modelling or related domain
