We are an early-stage, fast-growing startup based in Bangalore, building a new kind of fashion-first eyewear brand. Backed by founders from CRED, Snapdeal, Unacademy, CoinDCX, Urban Company and redBus, along with a top-tier venture capital fund, we are building both online and physical retail experiences from the ground up.

Our team is small, ambitious and hands-on, which means every role comes with high ownership and real impact on how the brand is built, seen and experienced by customers.
What you will do in this role:
- Managing the store construction and fit-out process
- Preparing and managing BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
- Getting quotations from vendors and negotiating costs
- Coordinating with architects, designers, contractors and suppliers
- Managing timelines, site work and daily progress
- Ensuring quality, safety and compliance at site
- Closing projects and handing over ready-to-open stores
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 1–3 years of experience working with mall teams, retail brands and on-ground construction
- Has handled store build-outs, fit-outs or retail interiors
- Understands BOQs, vendor management and site execution
- Is technically strong in materials, drawings, costing and timelines
- Is known for high integrity and strong ownership
- Can be trusted to manage money, vendors and quality without constant supervision
