Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end turnkey site execution for new outlet launches and renovations
• Coordinate with architects, vendors, contractors, and internal teams for timely and cost-effective delivery
• Develop project schedules, track progress, and ensure adherence to timelines
• Take ownership of on-site execution, quality checks, and design compliance
• Handle mall management coordination for approvals, compliance, and smooth project execution
• Support quantity surveying including cost estimation, BOQs, and material tracking
• Verify and process vendor/contractor bills as per project progress and agreements
• Maintain detailed documentation (site reports, timelines, cost tracking)
• Ensure regulatory and safety compliance at all stages
• Identify and mitigate risks or delays proactively
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in project execution within the F&B/QSR industry (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-outs, MEP works, kitchen & service layout planning
• Experience in multi-vendor coordination and negotiations
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
• Ability to manage multiple sites and travel as required
• Immediate joiners preferred
