We’re Hiring | Head – Project Execution & Site Operations
We are looking for someone who can do more than manage a site.
We need someone who can manage the people managing the sites.
At Asapcon Interiors Pvt. Ltd., this role will lead Site Supervisors across multiple projects, drive timelines, enforce accountability, anticipate bottlenecks and bring structure to execution.
What you will own:
• Project timelines, milestones and execution planning
• Performance and discipline of Site Supervisors
• Weekly planning, task ownership and closure
• Contractor mobilisation and performance
• Coordination between Site, Design, Procurement and Management
• Early identification of delays, risks and dependencies
• Recovery planning when projects fall behind
• Quality, reporting and execution discipline across sites
This is a project execution leadership role, not a conventional day-to-day supervision position.
We are looking for someone who is practical, organised, firm with follow-ups, comfortable handling contractors and site teams, and capable of building accountability where it may not naturally exist.
Most importantly, we want someone who can take ownership and run the show.
Compensation: We are not fixing the role purely around years of experience or a rigid salary bracket. Compensation will depend on your capability, the responsibility you can take on, and most importantly, the results you demonstrate.
If you prove that you can take greater ownership, the role and compensation can grow with you.
Experience in interior fit-out, construction execution or project management will be preferred.
